For local residents who booked directly with us, we require a 50% deposit (at least 48hrs before) payable via GCash, Paymaya or Bank Deposit. The balance to be paid upon check-in via GCash, Paymaya or Bank Deposit.

For local and foreign guests who booked through airbnb or booking.com, please follow airbnb or booking.com payment guidelines (major credit cards accepted).

Our bedroom has a queen-size bed and can accommodate 2 guests. Our sofa can double as a bed with a pull-out. Our Suite can accomodate 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults plus 2 children. We regret we cannot accommodate more than 4 guests per booking. Please note, we do not distinguish guests based on ages – a child of less than 1 year old is considered 1 guest.

At this time, we do not offer this service. However, ride-hailing apps such as Grab, InDrive and Joyride offer fast and efficient service. Please download their app. We also encourage foreign guests to purchase a local SIM card available at the airport or an E-SIM by international providers. Yes, parking is available onsite with a fee. Available parking is on a first come-first served basis, no reservations needed.

Php50 for the first 4 hours
Php50 per hour for succeeding hours
Overnight parking (1:30am – 6:00am):
Php 300 + Parking rates
Lost Ticket/Damage Card Penalty: Php200 + Parking Rates

We offer self-check-in. We will email you your booking confirmation which you will need to present at the reception. Please sign-in as guests.
Entrance to the Suite is via 7-digit code which we will send you once your booking is confirmed.

Standard Check-in Time: 2pm
Standard Check-out Time: 11am

Early check-in/Late check-out based on availability, please coordinate with us as access codes expires on time.

When you book, we require a valid Identification Card and a list of all guests staying at the property. Your valid ID is submitted to our Property Administration for permit issuance. This permit is what you will need to present to reception when registering (It’s your booking confirmation). Building administration does not allow unregistered guests to proceed to the unit even when you have an access code to open the door. You must register at the reception.

Only registered guests are allowed to enter the property and stay in the unit. Penalties will be imposed for guests bringing other guests inside the property.

We love pets, however, the building does not allow pets to be brought into the property. We regret we have to follow building guidelines as well.

There is a fee for the use of swimming pool/s.
Regular Day rate: PhP150 / person
Holiday rate: Php300 / person
You can proceed to the Building Administration Office during office hours (M-F, 9am-5pm / Sat, 9am-12nn) to request to use the pool and pay corresponding fees. Outside of Admin office hours, please coordinate with us and we will send an email to admin for your pass. Kindly pay us directly for pool fees via our convenient online channels.
