As someone who’s traveled extensively – I’ve stayed in countless Airbnbs, Booking.com apartments, and everything in between. Each trip has taught me something different about what really matters when you’re far from home, especially when choosing a place to stay.
For me, three things have always stood out:
Value – not always the cheapest, but worth it. I often choose a place not by price alone, but by what it offers in return: good amenities, clean design, and thoughtful touches that make travel more comfortable.
Location – being close to the sights or experiences I came for has always been a top priority. Convenience makes a trip smoother and more enjoyable.
Safe, private parking – this one’s huge for me. Street parking can be stressful, especially in a new city. I always look for a property with secure, off-street parking. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference.
Now, with my own unit preparing to open in Shore 3 Residences near the Mall of Asia, I’ve taken all those lessons to heart. Every design choice, every amenity, and every small touch has been added with the same care I’d want as a guest.

While information is always available online, I believe the experience of flipping through a beautiful book adds a sense of warmth and discovery to any stay.
